Das Institut für Arbeitsmarkt und Sozialökonomik stellt sich vor
Das Institut für Arbeitsmarktforschung und Sozialökonomik (IAS) bündelt in Lehre und Forschung die Kompetenz des Fachbereiches in den Bereichen Arbeit und Arbeitsmarkt, Beruf, Personal & Organisation sowie Wirtschaft und Soziales.
Beteiligt sind sowohl ökonomische als auch sozialwissenschaftliche Lehrstühle verschiedener Disziplinen. Allen gemein ist die Verbindung von theoretischer und empirischer Forschung im Hinblick auf den Arbeitsmarkt, den Einsatz von Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmern in Organisationen sowie die grundlegende Verknüpfung von Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft in modernen Gesellschaften.
